Returns

Our Return Policy

We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery. We want you to be delighted with your Day Cloth purchase.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Original tags must be attached
• Items must be returned in original packaging
• Sale items can be exchanged or returned for store credit

How to Return

1. Initiate Return
   Log in to your account and select the order you wish to return. Follow the prompts to generate a return label.
2. Package Items
   Pack items securely in the original packaging if possible. Include the return form with your order number.
3. Ship Back
   Attach the prepaid return label and drop off at any authorised shipping location.
4. Receive Refund
   Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Need a different size or colour? We offer easy exchanges:

• Place a new order for the desired item
• Return the original item using our free return process
• We’ll process the original refund once the return is received
• No need to wait for the refund before placing your new order

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this time, please wait to receive the item and initiate a return if needed.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes, we offer complimentary gift wrapping on all orders. Select the gift wrapping option at checkout.

What if my item arrives damaged?

We apologise for any inconvenience. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we’ll arrange for a replacement or full refund.

Can I return items purchased during a sale?

Sale items can be returned within 30 days for store credit or exchanged for a different size or colour of the same item.
