Our Return Policy

We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery. Our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your Day Cloth purchase.

Return conditions:

• Items must be unworn and unwashed

• Items must be in original condition

• Original tags must be attached

• Items must be returned in original packaging

• Sale items can be returned for store credit or exchanged

How to Return

1. Initiate Return

Log in to your account and select the order you want to return. Follow the instructions to generate a return label.

2. Package Items

Pack the items securely in the original packaging if possible. Include the return form with your order number.

3. Ship Back

Attach the prepaid return label and drop the package at any authorised shipping location.

4. Receive Refund

After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or colour, you can easily exchange the item.

Exchange process:

• Place a new order for the desired item

• Return the original item using our return process

• Once the return is received, we will process the refund

• You do not need to wait for the refund before placing a new order
