By accessing and using the Day Cloth website and making purchases, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Day Cloth B.V., a company registered in the Netherlands.

2. Products and Services

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, and availability. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of products.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in Euros and include applicable VAT. Shipping costs and any customs duties for international orders are additional and will be clearly indicated during checkout.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and other secure payment options. All payment information is processed securely through third-party payment processors.

We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and may cancel or refuse orders placed at incorrect prices.

4. Orders and Acceptance

Your receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason.

We may require additional verification before accepting an order. If your order is cancelled after your payment has been charged, a full refund will be issued.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments.

Risk of loss and title for all merchandise pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are the recipient’s responsibility.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy requirements.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Day Cloth or our content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not use, reproduce, modify, publish, or distribute any content without prior written consent.
